Life and Death

The poem " Life and Death" by anonymous is about how people have guardian angles. In line 1, it says 'Now I'm watching over you now' as if there was a spirit there. In line 4, it says 'I watch when your asleep' like watching from above. In lines 13-17, it says 'I'm always around you, and always on the inside, I'm in the wind, in  your dreams, and anywhere you seek me' meaning that he will be with her no matter what happens. He says not to cut life short and have the time of her life. He says that because you'll never know when you'll end up dead.

Suicide

The poem "Suicide" by anonymous is about how someone thinking of 'what ifs' and thinking of what they are going to miss when they are dead. In line 1, is says 'If I'm dead and in the grave, will you still love me?' is practically asking when I'm dead will you still love me. In lines 7 and 8, it says 'If I knock on your door tonight , will I be welcomed in?' and 'Would you be willing to forgive me of my mortal sin?' which is asking if he was to come back would he be welcome back and if the other person would forgive him for what he has done to her.

To Death, To Death, To Death, To Death, To Death

The poem "To Death, To Death, To Death, To Death, To Death" by Jane Van Doe is talking about what death means to them. It mentioned in line 4, "To death we walk... With no path back." What their basically saying here is that, once death has encountered you, theres no turning back, once your dead, your dead. And you cant do much about it.

The Day I Died Inside

The poem "The Day I Died Inside" talks about being suicidal, and what it feels like. This person tried killing them selfs by cutting their wrist. But like it says in lines 54-57 "I still walk on with my head held high as I think of the day I died inside." It means shes glad shes not dead. She happy that when she tried cutting her wrist it didn't work. Shes also happy that when she was in a psychiatric ward that her loved ones sent her letters (lines 32-35) "Letters from loved ones Saying I love you so much Them saying they need me and miss me and such."

Death and I

This poem "Death and I" by Mark R. Slaughter is basically saying that no matter the memories he had in his life or the things he did he was going to die. It told a story about how death and him were bound to meet, No matter the kind of person he was growing up. A good few lines to tell the story would be: When death comes I’ll need not grace;  Below; no grieving face; Will call my resurrection, ; Not when I’m at ground –Death and I so bound.

Its Death Again

The poem "It's Death Again" also by Mark R. Slaughter is a little bit like the last one. It tells about how death is always with him. Even though it doesn't actually take him, when it's time he will hear the fateful chime. The poem explains about how he cant run or hide from death, but when it is time then death will come for him.
